Nightly and weekend reservations are accepted for the Northern Michigan cottage not more than 10 days prior to desired rental.

$150 security deposit is required with the signed Vacation Rental Agreement to confirm reservation; the fee balance must be received no fewer than 10 days prior to occupancy. Theft or damage will be deducted from the security deposit; excess will be billed to the guest. If cancellation of the reservation is necessary, the deposit is refundable, only if the property is re-rented for the same dates of your reservation.
